As the Head Coach of Arizona State Women's Basketball, Molly brings a proven track record of success, an up-tempo style of play, and a championship mindset to the Sun Devils. Known for building disciplined, high-energy teams, Miller has established a culture centered on accountability, toughness, and player development.

Molly Miller has established herself as one of college basketball's rising coaching stars, guiding teams to the NCAA Tournament at both the Division II and Division I levels.
As head coach at Drury, she led the Panthers to five NCAA Division II Tournament appearances while compiling one of the nation's best winning percentages.
After moving to Grand Canyon, Miller directed the Lopes to their first NCAA Division I Tournament appearance in program history in 2025.
In her first season at Arizona State, she orchestrated one of the nation's top turnarounds, leading the Sun Devils back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019.
Across every stop in her career, Miller has built championship-caliber programs defined by relentless defense, fast-paced play, and a culture of excellence.
